Woodhorn Colliery: Northumberland Miners' Mutual Confident Association

This letter was written in 1930 in reply to a query about the start of the Sunday evening night shift. The miners seem to want the Sunday night shift to begin earlier in the evening. It is an example of the type of difficulty that the union could help to resolve.
